Business travel expenses for on-site visit can be paid up-front. Final bill and any adjustments can be sent to the client, after the in-person meeting occurs.

- Includes tolls, gas and c-store purchases to cover trip needs
- Includes hotels at preferred brands where loyalty programs are available (Hampton, Sonesta, Expedia and/or Hilton or Home2Suites or similar)
- Includes pet-travel expense
Most business trips include two to three business days of meetings per week. Hotel, airfare and rental car will be charged for 3-5 days, depending on arrival times, flight times, etc.
