Five Fiscal Sponsors Needed at Amount Shown: 

1. Ohio Secretary of State has already granted Business Research International, Inc. non profit status as of September 2026. You can look up our Ohio corporate status on their secretary of state website.
2. The next step is to get our IRS 501 c3 designation. We can receive donations now, and once IRS grants 501c3 status, tax deductions will be retroactive eligible. Companies can donate now, and record it as a business expense. 
3. $600 IRS filing fee 1023 filing form
4. The remaining $600 covers the work and hours required to manage administrative requirements and travel expenses. 
5. Five sponsors are needed at $1200 each.
